This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated December 1, 2022 (and further
referenced by accompanying building permit number B2022-03608-OE). The Department of Community
Development hereby grants approval of this LOR for the following modification to SDP201400011,
depicted on the modified site plan and described below.
1. Two (2) new 480V EV Chargers
2. New 480V Electrical Services
3. Associated concealment (landscaping, fence) required by ARB
This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the third and final Letter of Revision for this
site plan. Any further changes to the plan will require submission in the form of a site plan amendment
application.
