This letter is to notify you as an adjacent owner about the above -referenced application. SP202200012 is a proposal to
amend existing special use permit, SP201700010, to allow a 10, 600 square foot multi -use building, with additional office
space, towards the rear of the parcel, along with a parking lot expansion of 43 spaces. Additional legal information is on

This application will be reviewed, and public comment received, at the Albemarle County Planning Commission meeting
on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. The Albemarle County Planning Commission will meet at 6:00 p.m., Lane Auditorium, Second
Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia. The public hearing is also being conducted
through electronic communication means and the opportunities for the public to access and participate in the public
hearing are posted on the Albemarle County website at www.albemarle.org/community/county-calendar, including access
by telephone at 877-853-5247 (Toll Free), Webinar ID: 814 5965 0960

on how to access this virtual meeting, and how to comment on the application at this meeting, can be accessed via the
County's calendar for the appropriate meeting date. Speakers are encouraged to sign-up in advance of the meeting by
emailing the Planning Commission Clerk at cs_haffer_2@albemarle.org and providing your name and what item you wish to
speak to. Comments may also be submitted to Planning Commission members directly at
planningcommission@albemarle.org or by letter sent to the address in the letterhead of this correspondence.
After the Commission has made a recommendation on the proposal, a public hearing will be scheduled for the Board of
Supervisors. Public hearing items are typically scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m., but some Board meetings begin as early as
1:00 p.m. You will not receive a letter of notification about the Board of Supervisors hearing; however, you may check the
status of Board meetings at the County's calendar at www_albemarle.orR/community/county-calendar. You may also
follow these steps to sign up for the Albemarle County Newsletter:
1. Go to: www,albemarle,org.
2. Place your mouse on the "Community" tab at the top and select "Sign up for our newsletter"
3. Follow the instructions on the sign-up page.
