I confirmed with Scott that the reason the property veers to the south away from Salamander is that the road is going to
eventually curve there, adjusting the right of way location.

This two -lot subdivision plat has been submitted for review. It proposes to subdivide a new lot off of Salamander Street,
which will later be developer as a County public elementary school (this was approved with the proffers of the Brookhill
rezoning back in 2016).
Please send me any comments or approvals by Thursday, November 3rd. Please let me know if you have any questions.
