I am going to be out of the office on Monday and Tuesday next week. • SUB201800187 — Alan dropped off the revised deeds of easements with owner signatures yesterday. Kris dropped off the plats for signature last week. The plat and deeds have been sent to the County Attorney and County Executive office for final signatures and approval. Once those are signed, I will email everyone stating they are ready for pick-up and recordation • SDP201800050 — The Block 4 final site plan has been signed by all SRC reviewers except for me (Planning). Once the easement plat and deeds of easement are recorded, please send me copies of the receipts with the instrument numbers for all four items (plat, landscaping deed, drainage easements deed, stormwater easements deed). I will then write those instrument numbers on the final site plan and sign it and it will be approved. Pending the County Attorney and County Executive signing the plats and deeds, I definitely think the Block 4 final site plan will be approved and in your hands by the middle or end of next week. Ryan, I'm not sure if you've sent the building permit application in to Inspections yet, but you can do that now that the final site plan has been deemed approvable. My applicant wants to do the following: 1. Have CCD sign and approve the actual plat (signed by the owners) and get it recorded. 2. Update the deeds by inserting the instrument number for the recorded plat into the deeds. 3. Submit the deeds to the County after the plat has been recorded so that the CA office and Jeff can sign them, and then go back to the Clerk's office and record the deeds. Previously, I have used to the following method: 1. Applicant submits the plat and the deeds (both signed by the owners) at the same time. CDD signs the plat, and the CA office and Jeff sign the deeds with a blank space for where they reference the plat that shows the easements. 2. The applicant records the plats, and then writes in the recorded plat instrument number on the associated deeds right there at the Clerk's office. They then record the deeds. The only thing that matters is that people can find the plat when they look up the easement. I think we just record the plat with the first deed, and then reference the DB and page number in the second and third deeds. I have attached a marked up version of the key map (Sheet V2) showing (red rectangle) the portion of the property that isn't visible where the easement needs to be created. There is also a blue rectangle on my markup. Is the intention for the entire length of the 100' buffer easement to be created with this plat across TMP 46-19A? Sheet V10 shows a tiny corner of the easement, but there are segment of the easement above and below that area that also aren't visible on any sheets. Since Block 8 will be developed later and that portion of the easement will be shown on a future site plan, I think we can remove the 100' buffer easement on Sheet V10. That portion of the easement can be platted with a future easement plat once Block 8 is under review. Can you add a new sheet showing the 100' buffer easement on TMP 46-1961 so that the entire length of it will be created with the plat? I have attached a marked up version of the key map (Sheet V2) showing (red rectangle) the portion of the property that isn't visible where the easement needs to be created. There is also a blue rectangle on my markup. Is the intention for the entire length of the 100' buffer easement to be created with this plat across TMP 46-19A? Sheet V10 shows a tiny corner of the easement, but there are segment of the easement above and below that area that also aren't visible on any sheets. Since Block 8 will be developed later and that portion of the easement will be shown on a future site plan, I think we can remove the 100' buffer easement on Sheet V10. That portion of the easement can be platted with a future easement plat once Block 8 is under review. Can you add a new sheet showing the 100' buffer easement on TMP 46-1961 so that the entire length of it will be created with the plat?
