Previous correspondence with you made the request to provide better pedestrian access to the existing building and dumpster location. That appears to have been added,via a set of stairs, and will be included in this request. Due to the simplicity of the change that will occur as a result of your request, we are reviewing it as a"Letter of Revision"to the latest approved site plan for Millstone of Ivy[SDP-2001- 026],located on Tax Map 58 Parcel 37C. The Department of Planning and Community Development hereby grants approval of the improvements described in your letter and shown on the attached sketch plan showing the removal of the 8' X 8' dumpster pad and the location of the stairs. Approval of this request is viewed as the first Letter of Revision to the above-mentioned site plan amendment. Millstone of Ivy will be allowed a total of three(3)Letters of Revisions before all subsequent changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a minor site plan amendment. Please update your records to reflect the information that was submitted with your request and a copy of this letter. The Planning Department will add this approval letter,along with copies of the information that you submitted,to our file(SDP-2001-026). Please accept this letter as final approval for your request. This is an update to the previous letter dated September 5, 2001. This concerns the existing dumpster location being upgraded to have a concrete pad. After consulting with the Fire Rescue Official it has been determined that requirement of upgrading the existing, dumpster location with a concrete pad does not apply. The removal of the dumpster location from the approved plan may be handled through a letter of revision. Please submit to me an original copy of the request letter with a photocopy of the location of the dumpster area that is being requested to not be built. Include with the photocopy the addition of the set of stairs that has been provided between the two structures. Once these items are submitted I will review the submission and make a recommendation.
