Hi Tim,
Attached is the Site Review Committee (SRC) comment letter for the Old Dominion Village Preliminary plat. As you will
see on page 2, there is one comment that needs to be addressed prior to approval of the preliminary plat, and that is
payment of the $237.00 mailed notification fee that was not included with the original fee payment made when the
application was submitted.
All of the other comments from SRC members are things that can be addressed during review of the road plans, WPO
plans, final plats, and/or site plans for the project.
The fee will need to be paid by next Friday March 3 in order for me to approve the preliminary plat. Once you submit the
payment, please send me an email.

Phew this one has a lot of parts. Just finished my review, and my draft letter is attached. There are a lot of road
improvements required by the ZMA documents, so take a look at my comments #26, #30, and #31 and let me know if
you have any concerns.
This one is also weird because they're proposing attached units in most blocks, so they technically need to go through
the site plan process for each of those blocks.

RWSA has reviewed the Old Dominion Village Preliminary Subdivision Plat dated 12/27/2022 by Meridian Planning
Group, LLC and has the following comments.
General Comments:
1. RWSA will require a sewer flow acceptance prior to final site plan approval for each phase/block. The request
will need to be sent to us by ACSA and will include the following:
• Estimated average daily dry weather sewage flow (ADDWF)
• Point of connection into RWSA system (which manhole)
• Number of units/square footage
• Estimated in-service date
2. The site plan will need to include RWSA water and sewer notes, and details on the water connection (it looks like
there is a stub out for your parcel).
