As you will see on page 2, there is one comment that needs to be addressed prior to approval of the preliminary plat, and that is payment of the $237.00 mailed notification fee that was not included with the original fee payment made when the application was submitted. All of the other comments from SRC members are things that can be addressed during review of the road plans, WPO plans, final plats, and/or site plans for the project. The fee will need to be paid by next Friday March 3 in order for me to approve the preliminary plat. Once you submit the payment, please send me an email. If you have any other questions about the comments, please feel free to contact me to discuss further. This one is also weird because they're proposing attached units in most blocks, so they technically need to go through the site plan process for each of those blocks.
