[14-302(B)(1)] Add a date of revision. 2. [14-303(L)] New public stormwater facility and drainage easements will require a deed of dedication to be recorded with the plat. Once all revisions to the plat have been made, staff from the Engineering Division will draft the deeds and transmit them to the applicant. When the plat is ready to be submitted to the County for signature/approval, signed hard copies of the deeds will also need to be submitted so that the County Executive and County Attorney can sign them. Please contact Engineering Division staff directly if you have further questions. 3. [14-302(A)(5)] The public access easement will require a declaration of maintenance and easement deed of dedication to be recorded with the plat. Attached is an example. Please submit a draft for review by the County Attorney's Office. Once the deed has been finalized it will need to be signed by all applicable parties and recorded along with the plat.
