I was able to find some time to fit in the review. It is very close to being ready for signatures, but there are just the three items listed below in purple. Since these are only notes, and very minor, I'm willing to take a look at a revised plat very quickly if the PDF is sent to me. Have the plat revised and send me the PDF for that quick review. 2021-01-20: Remaining comments: 1) Revise the "Notes" section so that all notes have a number in front of them. The first item listed under "Notes" does not have a number. Ensure all numbering is updated after adding this. 2) Revise the revision information to include this new revision date. 3) More changes were made to the plat than requested by the reviewers. Notes were removed that were not requested to be removed. However, as long as the applicant wishes to remove all of those note staff has no issue with them doing so. However, please ensure that notes 2 and 3, previously under "Easement Notes" are meant to be removed. These two notes were: a) The developer reserves a 10' drainage and/or utility easement along all property lines. b) The developer reserves the right to vacate or revise any easement hereon provided the proper authority agrees.
