Thanks for your comments on Israel's Gap Community Fund, LLC for Parcel E1.
1. The references shown on the plat for T.M. 86-21, 37 & 38 were added for informational purposes only.
This plat does not represent a current survey adjacent to those parcels and historically has not been
required.
We perform courthouse research for the parcels adjacent to the new lines being created.
2. N/A.
3. Groundwater review fees are not required for parcels 21 acres or greater.
4. Ok. Please let us know when you have received VDH approval for the soils reports.
5. Ok. Please let us know when you have received VHD approval.
6. Ok (VDOT approval received).
Please let us know when the plat for Parcel E1 is ready for signatures.
