(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] Review Comments: 1. 132.5.2 (s)] Add the application number, SDP202200066, to the project title on the Title Sheet. Not addressed. It appears there's a slight typo, application number on the cover sheet says SDP200200066. Comment addressed. 2. [General Comment] Please add the Site Review Committee (SRC) signature panel (attached) to the cover sheet. Comment addressed. 3. [General Comment] Add a date of revision. Comment addressed. 4. [32.7.9.41 Please update the plant schedule to include the name, size, quantity, etc. of all existing and proposed landscaping features. a. [32.7.9.81 Please provide the canopy area per plant for each species type, and then state the total canopy per species type based on the amount of trees/shrubs provided. [32.7.9.81 For commercial uses such as restaurants the minimum required tree canopy is ten percent. Add this to the landscape calculations. Comments addressed. 6. [32.7.9.9(c)] Add the following note to the landscaping plan: All landscaping and screening shall be maintained in a healthy condition by the current owner and replaced when necessary. Replacement material shall comply with the approved landscape plan. Comment addressed. 7. 132.4.3.31 A certificate of appropriateness must be obtained from the ARB prior to approval of this minor site plan amendment. See Margaret's review comment below.
