The reviewer comments related to the proposal will be available to view on April 6, 2023. Action on the proposed plan must be taken by April 21, 2023. The project is "by -right", which means that if the proposed plans meet the minimum requirements of the County's zoning, site plan, or subdivision ordinances, they must be approved.
