Re: Clark's Store Site Plan
Dear Mr. Clark:
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on October 24, 1978, gave
conditional approval of the above referenced site plan subject to:
. 0—v Compliance with conditions imposed by the Board of Zoning Appeals (VA-78-30) and
��v1 Board of Supervisors (SP-78-33) ;
Landscape plan to be approved by staff; recommend white pines along frontage west of
11 the entrance; shrubs and trees along side of building; and planting island in front

of gas pumps (low shrubs, not to interfere with sight distance. ) ;
3. Highway Department and County Engineering Department approval of curbing to restrict
access;
r49 Parking in front of gas pumps to be moved to the south, (leaving a 12 foot aisle
1" between gas pumps and parking) and having access to these spaces to allow for 24
foot aisle (paved area may have to be extended) ;
• 0) Relocate handicap parking to the eastern side of the building;
6. Highway Department approval of the commerical entrance, (permit required) .
Contact your surveyor to complete conditions 2, 4, and 5 which are revisions required in
the site plan. Three copies of the revised site plan must be submitted to the Planning
Department within 10 days of the date of this letter. You may not open your business
until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Zoning Administrator. You must
comply with all conditions of approval for a certficate of occupancy. The landscaping and
the curbing may be bonded for this purpose.
Enclosed are copies of the Board of Zoning Appeals and Board of Supervisors conditions of
approval. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Dear Sirs:
This is to advise you that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors at its meeting
July 12, 1978 approved your request for SP-78-33 subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with conditions imposed in variances by the Board of Zoning Appeals;
Site plan approval to include Planning Commission approval of landscaping;
3. Highway Department approval of entrances;

be approved subject to the following conditions:

Dear Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that on June 13 , 1978, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-78-30 was granted with the following conditions:
