The right-of-way of this lot, according to the Highway Department, is either
50 or 60 feet. A highway spokesman has stated the property line properly
establishes the right-of-way.

3) The setback not exceed any greater than the present foundation and
that the applicant provide the Zoning office for this file the exact

for highway safety in ingress and egress. (Note: The A-1 zone is
not regulated by a 50 foot setback requirement as are B-1 zone
