This revised plan, showing the rearrangement of the parking,relocation of the stairs leading to the new modular facility and the addition of the storage shed to the plan, has been approved. The Planning Department will add this approval letter and accompanying plan to serve as the minor amendment to our records. Please update your records to reflect the information that was submitted with your request and a copy of this letter. Please accept this letter as final approval for your request. No further site plan submittal is necessary. Farrar Albemarle County Department of Planning& Community Development Room 218, 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 December 2, 2003 RE: Minor Site Plan Amendment Letter of Revision Dear Ms. Farrar: On August 5, 2003, the Albemarle County Department of Planning &Community Development issued a Minor Site Plan Amendment for the Moores Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Site, located at 695 Moores Creek Lane. In the course of purchasing and installing the modular building on this site, it became apparent that several minor changes to the amendment would facilitate better and safer use of the area around the building. After speaking to the zoning administrator and Margaret Dougherty of your department, they suggested that I submit a letter of revision. At this time I formally request, on behalf of the Rivanna Water& Sewer Authority, administrative approval of this letter of revision. The revisions are as follows: • The HC parking space moved from the front of the building to the south side. • The HC ramp revised to wrap the front of the building and terminate at the HC parking space. • Two parking spaces were relocated from the south side of the building to the north. I have provided 5 copies of this letter. In addition, I have enclosed a copy of the approved site • plan amendment and the proposed revision.
