Just left you a voicemail. The plat is missing your signature. We need the plat signed by all owners before we can
approve it. We have notaries at the County, so if you wanted, you could come in today and sign the plat and we could
have our notary stamp it. Then, I'll be able to get the plat approved (signed) by my supervisor. I'll be in the office rest of

We received final plats for signature for application SUB2022-205 Ward Boundary Line Adjustment, but the County
Attorney's Office has pointed out some additional revisions that need to be made to the plat. Please make these
revisions and submit the plats for approval.
In addition, I have left the death certificate and other documents attached for pick-up. I have scanned these and no
longer need the physical copies. The death certificate had a note that this was the only copy, so please pick these up
when you come in to resubmit the plats for review. If the front desk asks, the items are in my mailbox.

behalf of Richard Ward is acceptable. Thanks.

Good Afternoon Bob,
We received final plats for signature for application SUB2022-205 Ward Boundary Line Adjustment, but the County
Attorney's Office has pointed out some additional revisions that need to be made to the plat. Please make these
revisions and submit the plats for approval.
In addition, I have left the death certificate and other documents attached for pick-up. I have scanned these and no
longer need the physical copies. The death certificate had a note that this was the only copy, so please pick these up
when you come in to resubmit the plats for review. If the front desk asks, the items are in my mailbox.
