Box 18 ►L/MRCR Charlottesville, Virginia 22902 RE: AWT PLANT SITE PLAN SP-77-77 Dear Mr. Williams: I would like to clarify two items regarding the above approvals. When the revised site plan was submitted, a verbal agreement was reached with your staff that the chlorine storage building would be moved completely above the 330' contour. I would like to make that agreement part of the site plan approval. Also, it was not the intention of the staff for the building permit to be withheld until Moore's Crrek is widened, deepened, etc. The condition of approval of SP-77-77 now reads, 1. The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority shall take whatever steps are necessary, including, but not limited to, widening, deepening or rechanneling of Moore's Creek to eliminate any additional flooding which may be caused by the construction of the holding ponds. This condition must be met prior to or concurrent with construction of the holding ponds. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sincerely, Mary''troy Scala Senior Planner cc: Robert W.
