Intended use or justification for reauest:
Phase 1a Biscuit Run County Park design. Park improvements include commercial entrance and Rte. 20 improvements, park
access road, 75 parking spaces, storm water management, vault toilet, ADA and pedestrian facilities, landscape open space
improvements, and native palette planting design. No potable water, sanitary sewer, or electrical utilities are included with this
project.
