The first sketch, SK-1, represents as-built conditions of the site and is meant to provide a reference point for the scope of these renovations. Sketch SK-2 shows our proposed exterior modifications.Please find below an accounting of these revisions: 1. Addition of two concrete pads outside of southern-most face of Exist. Adventure Central Building(overlooking exist. synthetic field). 2. Adding a section of retaining wall to connect the existing retaining wall(2'-6"height)to the Exist. Adventure Central Building(close to the most southwestern edge of building). 3. Gravel drive along eastern edge of property to be relocated and asphalted. 4. Existing gates in the chainlink fence(which extends from southeastern corner of building to existing gate along property line)to be moved to coordinate with relocation of gravel drive. 5. Existing sandbox removed. 6. Existing brick patio outside of eastern face of building to be removed and replaced with concrete. 7. Existing AC unit(adjacent brick patio)to be relocated to area of 4 ACs north of this area. Extents of wood fence around ACs(10 total) along the east face of the building to be modified and fence to be shortened. 9. New outdoor covered area(approx. 20' x 20') added to the southeast corner of the building—final location and size T.B.D. 10. Enlarged play area to include: sandbox; multiple small playground stations;picnic tables—fmal locations T.B.D. 11. New,built tiered seating area at existing embankment at the end of the existing block wall(labeled on sketch). Please note that I have faintly shown the demolition work on the New Work sketch for reference.
