We have"bubbled"the following changes which we are incorporating into a request for a second letter revision to the approved Master Site Plan for ACAC Adventure Central located at 200 Four Seasons Drive. I have also included a copy of the cut-sheets for the exterior lights that have been added (so that you have their specifications for review of compliance with the County's light ordinances)and a list of the previously approved items from the First Letter Revision. Changed or altered Items Emergency Exit Exterior Stairs from Mezzanine(Added at South/East corner of building) Dumpster Location(now located in enclosure at east end of parking lot.) Additional Dumpster Pad(Added to prevent front tires of trash trucks from sinking into asphalt pavement.) Landscaping changes (1. Deleted additional plantings on bank between tennis courts and left existing trees/plantings in place. 2. Moved shrubs from north end of building to east side of building. 3.Added two cherry trees at northern end of . site to provide natural barrier between ACAC and adjoining neighbor due to concerns expressed by affected neighbor.)
