General: a. WPO202200050 plan approval is required prior to FSP approval. Last engineering review comments (minor items) sent 3/14/23. b. SWM facility easement and public drainage easement (deed /plat — SLM202300011) must be approved, via separate application review /approval process, and recorded prior to WPO plan approval. Once all plat review comments are addressed, Engineering will format the deed. 2. C3: Revise 4.5' sidewalk to 5' Min. It appears possible to reduce 30.0' drive aisles to 29.50' to provide additional sidewalk width— 5.0' Min. sidewalk width is ordinance (18-32.7.2.3), VDOT, and ACDSM standard (Sec. 7, p. 20). This dimension (5.0' Min.) is critical since 4.5' sections touch building face /no escape in that direction. To simplify: C3 labels may indicate change without linework revision, but labels must require 5.0' sidewalks (Min. width) and would seem to limit access aisle width to 29.5'. Drive aisles and sidewalks must be built to ensure 5.0' Min. required sidewalk width. 3. C 10: Please revise road section detail to reflect 5' sidewalk, rather than 4.5' sidewalk; i.e., lane width 14.75', 12.75'. This will also support no linework revision, and clarify drive aisle /lane dimension. 4. Cl: a. Provide date of boundary and topographic survey provided by Meridian Planning Group LLC. b. Provide cover sheet stormwater management narrative. c. Recommend list associated plan, WPO202200050. 5.
