(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] Review Comments: 1. [32.5.2(s)] Please add the application number SDP202300014 to the project title sheet. State that this is an amendment to SDP199000073. 2. [32.5.2(a)] Include a reference to the most recent approved special use permit SP202200019 on the title sheet. a. Revise the existing planting screen labels on Sheets 2 and 4 to correctly reference SP202200019. The landscaping screening conditions were revised by this most recent special use permit amendment. The applicable conditions are #2 and #3 (see attached). 3. [32.5.2(n)] Show the storage building on the landscaping plan, Sheet 4. 4. [General Comment] Add a date of revision. Additional Reviewer Comments Albemarle County Engineering Services — Emily Cox, ecox2&albemarle.org — Requested changes, see below. 1. WPO VSMP Plan is required because this is part of a common plan of development due to the approval of SP202200019. 2. It appears a level spreader is shown. Please provide design details and calculations. 3. Please list the source of topographic information and date of field verification if not completed within the past year. Albemarle County Building Inspections — Betty Slough, bslou hg &albemarle.org — Review pending. Any comments will be forwarded to you upon receipt. Albemarle County Fire -Rescue— Howard Lagomarsino, hlaeomarsino@albemarle.org —Requested changes, see below (3/30/2023). 1. To provide fire apparatus access to the building, and due to the width proposed for the gravel travelway, please provide No Parking -Fire Lane signs on both sides of the entire gravel travelway for the building (this includes ensuring there is no outside storage that extends into and obstructs the travelway width). 2. Please place a note on the plan that indicates the gravel travelway will support fire apparatus access in all-weather conditions. 3. Please provide a note on the plan indicating the needed fire flow for the building. 4. Please identify in a note on the plan, the water source that is capable of providing the needed fire flow (example: the pond on the plans may provide the flow) 5. Please be aware when the site is fully developed/improved/modified, the access and available water sources for fire flow may need additional improvements. Albemarle County Architectural Review Board (ARB) — Khristopher Taggart, ktaaeart@albemarle.org — No objection (3/9/2023).
