Charlottesville is APPROVED. A final inspection will be needed for the permit to be issued along with a copy of the new CO. Concerning your hand sink comment please find attached a plan markup showing the (3) hand sinks in red. The operations of the employees at the front service area is as follows: • Employees will use ice cream scopes to scope any ice cream from the dipping cabinets as well as small spoons/scoops for any sundae toppings. No directly contact of any food products by employees occurs at this area. • Employees will make the hot and iced coffee by using the beverage dispenser systems and coffee grinders. No direct contact of any liquids/beverages occurs by employees in this area. • Employees use food tissue paper dispenser box located at each of the bakery cases to pickup any donuts to place in to the to go boxes for those products. No direct contact of any food products by employees occurs at this area. • The second hand sink is located across from the sandwich station and is to support the drive thru window area as well as the sandwich station and ice maker. The only employees that come in contact with exposed food in this area is the employee working the sandwich station. • The last hand sink is located adjacent to the 3-compartment sink and is for the 1-2 employees located in the back of house to use as they do any food prep or ware washing operations.
