Dear Mr. Jones,
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision for the floor plan square footage and use changes as
described in your letter dated 9/21/2009 to the above referenced site plan. This change is approved with the
emphasis that the square footage for each of the uses is currently maxed out for office space and the parking
onsite and shared with the adjacent parcel is also maxed out, meaning that there is no more parking
available for the current uses. It is crucial to understand that the area in the basement to be "Common
Element — Unfinished" and "Unfinished Unit 101 "must remain so as long as no other parking arrangement
can be worked out. If parking becomes available to the site and you wish to use it then a future LOR will
be needed. Providing certification on your part that the space is "non -tenant space" is a step that is greatly
appreciated and will help avoid any issues with tenants in the future. This is the 1" Letter of Revision for
this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to
be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

The office I am using is 186 square feet. It is the part colored in pink in your picture. I have access to the unfinished area
but am not using it with clients at the moment. I would like to finish it out once I figure out how I might want it and
what would be able to be approved. I am including the photo you sent earlier because it is an accurate image of the
floor plan to date. Whatever permit was applied for by past owner the work was never done.

never completed — is this what you're referring to?
The floor plan that you submitted shows Unit 101 to be 1,346sf, while the updated floor plan
(associated with SDP2006-47 LOR #1) shows Unit 101 to be 1,299sf. Will you be utilizing the entire
1,299sf, or 1,OOOsf as indicated on your application? Previous clearances indicate that the Unit 101 has
been split into multiple suites. Is this still the case, and if so, which suites will your business occupy?
Again, an up-to-date floor plan delineating the space you will be using will be required if you are not
utilizing the entire 1,299sf. The LOR floor plan that I attached previously can be marked up and used if
necessary.

The floor plan is accurate. The unfinished space was never finished. I hope to finish it in the future as
soon as I figure out how I would best lay it out. Does that help?

date floor plan which indicates the specific area being used by Adam D. Williams PLLC.
This should delineate any space on this floor being occupied by other tenants.
