Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat. The plat has been revised to reflect your comments as follows: 1. "Private Street" has been added to the 50' Easement label, and the deed book reference has been added for the plat that created the private street. 2. We have been advised by the county planners to state whether the property is in or not in an Agricultural - Forestal District or Water Supply Watershed. Stating which one is not required. 3. They are: 1. [14-302 (A)(3)] Please state whether Peavine Hollow Road is a public or private street, and state the recorded instrument number that created the street in the label on Sheet 2. 2. [14-302 (13)(7)] Please update note D so that it states that the parcels are within the Free Union Agricultural - Forestal District. 3. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Once those revisions are made, you can just email me a PDF of the revised plat and I will verify that everything has been addressed and you can submit for signatures.
