Jeremy Swink's youngest son was born April 1, same day as Scott Carlson's (Greenwood Homes) daughter. So, lots of big
celebrations upcoming!
Hey, for this special 8B plat, and the special Brookhill 9-11 plat (both deeds of gift to the Brookhill Master HOA) —
• The plats have a line for County signature but the County doesn't sign the deed
• How do I handle this? Bring you the plats to sign AFTER we do? Then I pick them up and record them with the
signed (by us) deed?
I just want to follow the steps correctly, thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, the developer is aware that the easement still needs to be dedicated. They want to
separate this special lot and the one in block 86 (SUB202200134) so that they may be transferred to the Brookhill
Master Association, who will then grant the public greenway easement. Let me know if you need any further
information.

Yes, we have it and I just updated County View. All comments from the original review have been addressed.
One clarification question -the plat labels the special lot as a "greenway/SW M parcel." Per proffer #2a, the developer
will need to dedicate a public easement over the greenway area as shown on the Application Plan of ZMA201500007.
No greenway easements have yet been dedicated. Please verify that the developer is aware that an actual public
greenway easement will need to be dedicated over this parcel in the future (and the other greenway areas shown on the
Application Plan) under the conditions of the proffer.

SWIM facilities and Greenway so that it may be conveyed to the Brookhill HOA. All of the easements shown on the plat

Thanks for sending these comments. Just to clarity, the intent of the plat is just to carve off a special lot containing the
SWM facilities and Greenway so that it may be conveyed to the Brookhill HOA. All of the easements shown on the plat
are existing. I hope this helps clear up any questions, but feel free to email or call me if you need more details.

Hi Emily,
Sorry to bombard you with all these transmittal emails for Brookhill stuff today. I'm sure you'll notice this once you look
at them in County View. What happened is that four Brookhill plats/site plans came in while I was out and Rebecca
assigned herself to them. I didn't know about them, and she emailed me today saying oops she forgot to distribute and
review them. They all came in on June 6"' and 7"' and it's July 21...
Anyways, this one is a special lot plat creating the greenway parcel within Blocks 9-11. This shouldn't be too hard of a
review, but don't stress on getting this done immediately even though it's late entering the review queue. If Alan and his
team start asking about why these reviews are late, I am going to have Rebecca respond to them.
If you can get my your comments by August 19', I'd appreciate it.
