Jeremy Swink's youngest son was born April 1, same day as Scott Carlson's (Greenwood Homes) daughter. So, lots of big
celebrations upcoming!
Hey, for this special 8B plat, and the special Brookhill 9-11 plat (both deeds of gift to the Brookhill Master HOA) —
• The plats have a line for County signature but the County doesn't sign the deed
• How do I handle this? Bring you the plats to sign AFTER we do? Then I pick them up and record them with the
signed (by us) deed?
I just want to follow the steps correctly, thanks!

There was a second one that needed to be recorded. It was for parcel 04600-00-00-018E3, which we figured out was
owned by stanley martin as well. I know ana drafted it and they signed it, but I just don't see it recorded yet. You
could ask them for the instrument # for that one as well? Or we can just check with Ana next week.

This plat has been sent in for its second review. The only Engineering comments on the first review was that the SWM
maintenance agreement needed to be recorded prior to the plat being approved. The applicant states in their
correspondence letter that the SWM agreement has been recorded, instrument 202200010866. Can you verify that this
is accurate? If so, I can tell them we can approve the plat.

Yeah, as long as the easements run with the land, I don't think I have an issue with this. I might need to get them to
