THE LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE IS 1.70 ACRES. ADJACENT PROPERTY THESE IMPROVEMENTS ARE BEING MADE WITHIN THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY. THE PROPERTY IS BOUNDED BY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES TO THE NORTH AND WEST, THE I-64 ON -RAMP TO THE SOUTH, 5TH STREET EXTENDED TO THE EAST SIDE. THE WEST SIDE IS BORDERED BY A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS THE SITE IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED BY AN EXISTING OFFICE AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE. OFF -SITE AREAS NO OFF -SITE AREAS WILL BE DISTURBED AS A PART OF THIS PROJECT.
