A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention (SWPPP)
The SWPPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-405. A SWPPP
must contain (1) a PPP, (2) an ESCP, (3) a SWMP, and (4) any TMDL measures necessary.

B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP)
The PPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-404.
Rev. 1: PPP was not received.

C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
VSMP Regulation 9VAC25-870-108 requires the VSMP authority to approve or disapprove a
SWMP. This plan is denied, and the reasons are provided in the comments below. The
stormwater management plan content requirements can be found in County Code section
17-403.
1. Floodplain development permit, FDP202100006, must be approved before this WPO
can be approved.
AE: The FDP is signed and included with this submission.
6. Are the wetlands that are shown contiguous? If so, the buffer is 100'
AE: Based on the Phase-1 ESA Report and County GIS information, the wetlands are
not contiguous with either the river or the perennial steam to the west.
6a. Please also provide a copy of the Phase 1 ESA.
AE: Phase 1 ESA was submitted earlier.
13. Please provide specification for biofilter media.
AE: Biofilter media specification is provided on the Cover Sheet.

D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESOP)
Virginia Code §62.1-44.15:55 requires the VESCP authority to approve or disapprove an ESCP.
This plan is disapproved, and the reasons are provided in the comments below. The erosion
control plan content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-402.
4. Please provide detail for proposed check dams in US or reference stormwater
detail.
AE: The E&S plans reference the check dam detail on stormwater Sheet C-402.
5. Sheet C-300 - Please add to stockpile note that it must be on a permitted site.
AE: Requested note is be added to the Sheet.
6. Please show outlet protection (OP) detail on details sheet and specify the outlet
protection on plans (size, type).
AE: The outlet protection installation note/detail will be included on the Section for
Biofilter #1 shown on Sheet C402.
• In order to limit disturbance of the existing streambank, the biofilter outfall
pipe is designed to daylight into VDOrs existing streambank riprap.
• As noted on the detail, the contractor shall temporarily remove some of the
riprap, install the pipe as shown on the plans, and then replace the rip rap.
• We will include additional coordination and reference notes to both the Site
Plan and the E&S plan.
