Today, the applicant submitted the hard copies for signatures, but also included a Deed of Vacation (see attached). On the plat there are two easements they are proposing to vacate: 1) a public drainage easement; and 2) a public greenway easement. What do I need to do on my end? I've attached the Deed of Vacation document and the plat for reference.
