I reviewed this boundary line adjustment application back in November 2022 and all comments were addressed, but
they never submitted for final approval/signature from the County. Today, the applicant submitted the hard copies for
signatures, but also included a Deed of Vacation (see attached). On the plat there are two easements they are proposing
to vacate: 1) a public drainage easement; and 2) a public greenway easement.
What do I need to do on my end? I've attached the Deed of Vacation document and the plat for reference.

The parcel that is now 56A1-5-G, originally was 56A1-1-26. I've attached the plat where the right of way was created.
just missed that it got renumbered since the phase 2A plat got recorded. Thanks for catching it.
