Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) — Richard Nelson, rnelson@serviceauthority.org — No Objection (1/9/2023) Albemarle County Zoning Services — Francis MacCall — Zoning has no objection to the parking calculation provided for the use shown on the plan. Per Section 4.12.7 the total number of spaces is sufficient to accommodate the vehicles of all employees and activities of the establishment. (1/10/2023) Albemarle County E911 — Elise Kiewra, ekiewra@albemarle.org — No objection (10/26/2022). Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority —Victoria Fort and Dyon Vega, vfort@rivanna.org and dvega@rivanna.org — Requested changes, see below. General: 1. Based on elevations you may want to consider a booster station. The pressure from the tank to the ACSA station may not be sufficient. Dewberry: Water model has been provided to show available flows. Fire pump room has been added to the building for fire flow. 2. A drainage path is recommended for this site plan from our tank because when we have drained the tank in the past it often ends up on Mill Creek Dr. With your new site plan we recommended following the drainage of the tank using elevations to make sure the water doesn't flood your site. Dewberry: Existing rip -rap drainage path will be supplemented. Virginia Department of Health — Alan Mazurowski, alan.mazurowski@vdh.virginia.gov— No objection (11/15/2022). Albemarle County Architectural Review Board (ARB) — Khristopher Taggart, ktaggart@albemarle.org — No objection (11/7/2022).
