The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [General Comment] On Sheet 1, please remove the word "currently" from Notes 11 and 12. First
Revision: Comment addressed.
2. [14-303 (o); 14-303 (p)] Please remove the owner's signature and notary information. This will need to
be re -signed and notarized on the final plat that is approved by Albemarle County. First Revision.

3. [14-302 (b)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. First Revision: Comment addressed.
