Dear Mr. Santowasso,
This letter is in response to a Letter of Request for an expansion to an existing electrical network,
facilities related thereto, and associated construction activities. The Department of Community
Development hereby grants approval of site plan modifications located on Tax Map Parcel 77-38B
(07700-00-00-038B0) as shown and labeled on the attached plans prepared by Hazen and Sawyer,
approved on December 10, 2021.
This is the first Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before
all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility (MCAWRRF) Electrical
Infrastructure Improvements
To whom it may concern,
The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (RWSA) is proposing an expansion to the existing
electrical network at the MCAWIW. The only new structures on site will be an Electrical
Switchgear Building and several manholes for a new ductbank installation. These structures will
warrant no new parking spaces, and is therefore exempted from a Minor Site Plan amendment
per County Code Chapter 18, Article IV, Section 32.2e.
The final location of the proposed Switchgear Building may be adjusted in coordination with
RWSA's ongoing Master Planning efforts. These adjustments, however, will not change the
general location of the project from the area North/Northeast of the existing Switchgear and
Generator Buildings.
This Letter of Revision is for the existing Site Plan, SDP #202100038 (MCAWRRF In -Plant
Clarifier and Lime Silo Demolition; approved July 27a', 2021.) Please see the attachment table
below for all pertinent application items. RWSA will pay the $108 fee upon submittal of the
LOR application online by Hazen & Sawyer.
