The property known as Tax Map 109 Parcel 3 was conveyed by Will Book 44 Page 500 to the
Emmett W. Toms Trust and after the passing of Ora P. Toms and Matilda Toms Johnston Berman,
ownership passed to Robert Earl Johnston. Emmett W. Toms was deeded the property in Deed Book
264 Page 183 on August 14, 1945. Two parcels have been conveyed from the property, but both
were before December 1980.
The property deeded to Emmett W. Toms in Deed Book 264 Page 183 consists of several properties.
The parcel currently designated as Tax Map 109 Parcel 3 consists of a portion of the 90.53 acres
listed as item (d) and the 59.32 acres listed as (b).
We believe the current Tax Map 109 Parcel 3 consists of 2 parcels.
We believe there are 10 development rights within what is now known as Tax Map 103 Parcel 3.
55 +/- acres (59.32 acres) 5 development rights
15 +/- acres (remainder 90.53 acres) 5 development rights
Total 10 development rights
