northwest side of Highway Route 029 and according to plat of G.H.Hogshead
hereto attached as a part of this deed, dated May llth 1936, bounded as
follows to -wit: Beginning at an iron stake on the west side of the dighway
thence along the west margin of the Highway W 35J E 22 poles N 271 E 18.2
poles to point B. a short distance south of the bridge, thence new line
with H.R.Norvell N 21 E 1.8 poles to branch, thence up the branch S 37}
W 8.4 poles 8 35J W 8 poles, 8 36 W 13.4 poles 6 $3 W 4 poles, S 24 W 7.9
poles thence leaving the branch at an iron stake 8 45 E 3 7/10 poles to tie
point of Beginning, and being a part of the property conveyed to H.R.
Norvell by George Gilmer, loommissioner, by a deed recorded in the Clerk's
Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County in D.B. 182 p. 599, which
land is shown on plat recorded in D.B. 128 p. 248.
H.R.Norvell covenants with R.L.Cash and Myrtle M.Cash that
he has the right to convey said land to the grantee; that the grantee shall
have quiet possession of said land, free from all encumbrances; that he has
done no act to encumber said land; and that he will execute such further
assurances of said land as may be requisite.
