Re: SUB202300016 BLA Consolidating TMP 6-19C and Parcel A, a Portion of TMP 6-19 - Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-301(B)] Please revise the scale note at the bottom of Sheet 2 so that it states the scale used for that
page.
2. [14-302 (A)(9)] Please revise note 14 so that the first word of the sentence is "residue" instead of "new.
3. [14-302 (A)(10)] Please clarify the development rights note on Sheet 1. TMP 6-19 currently had four (4)
development rights. The plat states that TMP 6-19 will retain three (3) development rights. Is the
applicant intending for Parcel A to utilize one development right from TMP 6-19?
4. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision.
5. [14-302 (B)(6)] Please revise the acronym "PID" to "TMP" on the plat.
6. [14-302 (B)(6)] Please revise the Lot Narrative on Sheet 2 so that it states the correct TMP numbers.
7. [14-302 (B)(10)] Please add a note stating "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in
accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
8. [14-400] Please indicate how much frontage the residue of TMP 6-19 will retain along Chap Place Lane.
It must retain a minimum of 150' of frontage along the private street.
