(SUB-93-004)Rivanna Ridge, was approved with private roads on March 8, 1995. (SUB-93-003) Woodburn Ridge was approved on December 14, 1994 with private roads. Because the applicant did not meet the conditions of approval within the allocated six months time frame, both approvals expired. RECOMMENDATION: The Engineering Department has reviewed this request(See Attachment 1). Staff has identified no change in circumstance to warrant denial of this application, therefore, staff recommends approval . However, as requested by the applicant, Albemarle County Engineering has reviewed the information from the previously approved plans. There has been no change in road design standards and no change in the ordinances since the original approvals. Albemarle County Engineering has approved road plans for both cul-de-sacs, which appear to be unchanged. Therefore, Albemarle County Engineering can support a request for private roads on Woodburn and Rivanna Ridge.
