[Z 0 Sections 32.6.2(a)and 32.5.2(a)]: The"Zoning"information on the Cover Sheet(C1)is incomplete. a. Identify the applicable Special Use Permit(SP)approvals: SP200400050 and SP200700045. b. Identify all applicable SP conditions of approval. (SP200700045) RESPONSE: SP Approvals have been identified under"Zoning"on the Cover Sheet(C1) 2. [Z.O. These lines no longer exist on site so were not part of the most recent survey. They have been added to the site plan for clarity. d. Show existing managed slopes. RESPONSE: Managed slopes are included on the revised Site Plan. 3. If the disturbance is over 10,000sf you will need to have the WPO plan approved prior to this SP amendment approval.There looks to be a SWF facility(Filterra unit?)that is being removed. If so, a WPO plan amendment will need to be reviewed/approved prior. RESPONSE: Comment noted. 4. Label curb radius, sidewalk widths, VDOT type of curb and gutter, CG-12 &details. RESPONSE: Labels have been added and updated on the revised Site Plan Submission. 5. Label drainage changes on the grading plan. Provide VDOT structure type and details RESPONSE: Site Plan is a minor amendment to and existing site plan.Details should be used from original site plan. 6. Provide existing and proposed drainage profiles showing changes/adjustments. RESPONSE: The drainage will be reset in the same location as it was on the original site plan, with the same elevations set. 7. Show TW/BW elevations for the new concrete wall. Resolve the inconsistency regarding the tree to be demolished as shown on C2 and the tree to be protected as shown on C4. The addition of a small stretch of sidewalk will require the removal of one tree, to be replaced after construction. 7.
