Thank you for your review of the Minor Amendment to SDP2018-038 request for Flow Audi/Porsche.
This letter contains responses to County comments dated 11 July 2019. Our responses are as follows:

I. [Z 0 Sections 32.6.2(a)and 32.5.2(a)]: The"Zoning"information on the Cover Sheet(C1)is
incomplete.
a. Identify the applicable Special Use Permit(SP)approvals: SP200400050 and
SP200700045.
b. Identify all applicable SP conditions of approval. (SP200700045)
RESPONSE: SP Approvals have been identified under"Zoning"on the Cover Sheet(C1)
2. [Z.O. Sections 32.6.2(a), 32.5.2(d), 32.5.2(s), 32 6 2(c)and 32.6.2(e)]. Staff acknowledges that
the Limits of Disturbance are identified graphically, and that the"Proposed Use"information on
the Cover Sheet(C 1)states that the"Maximum Disturbed Area"is 10,149 square feet. Please
revise the information to specify the exact proposed area(s)of disturbance without qualifying
adjectives such as"maximum"or other.
RESPONSE: The Limits of Disturbance have been re-drawn and re-calculated for consistency.
3. [Z.O Sections 3.6.2(a)and 32.5.2(a)]. Add Site Plan Minor Amendment applications number
(SDP201900039)to the Cover Sheet(C1).
RESPONSE: The Site Plan Minor Amendment application number has been added to the Cover
Sheet(C1).
4 [Z.O. Sections 32.6.2(a)and 32.5.2(a)]: Remove reference to"Louisa County Sign Regulations"

5. Tentative approvals must be obtained from all other applicable SRC members prior to
Community Development granting approval of this minor amendment(SDP201900039). The
review statuses of each applicable SRC member are provided below.
RESPONSE: The review statuses included with this letter have been reviewed and responded to
in the following pages. Reviewers for the Department of Fire and Rescue and the County
Building Inspections had"No Objection."Responses for the reviewers from Engineering Services
and the Architectural Review Board are as follows:
Engineering Services
David James--
1. Cover—Provide date of topographic survey and date of field verified existing conditions [18-
32.6.2]
RESPONSE: Dates have been added to Sheet Cl Cover.
2. Sheet 2
a. Show existing easements and deed book/page refs.
RESPONSE: All known easements and references are shown on the site plan Existing
Conditions Sheet C2.
b. Show contours tied to contours at street(Rt 250) shoulder.
RESPONSE: The street contours have been removed from the site plan.The street
contours are part of an older survey.All contours shown are from the most recent survey
and represent the most accurate information available.
c. Show parking spaces for the 6& 10 spaces that are to be demoed.
RESPONSE: The parking spaces requested are shown on the site plan SDP2008-38.
These lines no longer exist on site so were not part of the most recent survey. They have
been added to the site plan for clarity.
d. Show existing managed slopes.
RESPONSE: Managed slopes are included on the revised Site Plan.
3. If the disturbance is over 10,000sf you will need to have the WPO plan approved prior to this SP
amendment approval.There looks to be a SWF facility(Filterra unit?)that is being removed. If
so, a WPO plan amendment will need to be reviewed/approved prior.
RESPONSE: Comment noted.
4. Label curb radius, sidewalk widths, VDOT type of curb and gutter, CG-12 &details.
RESPONSE: Labels have been added and updated on the revised Site Plan Submission.
5. Label drainage changes on the grading plan. Provide VDOT structure type and details
RESPONSE: Site Plan is a minor amendment to and existing site plan.Details should be used
from original site plan.
6. Provide existing and proposed drainage profiles showing changes/adjustments.
RESPONSE: The drainage will be reset in the same location as it was on the original site plan,
with the same elevations set.
7. Show TW/BW elevations for the new concrete wall. Walls over 30"will need safety-provisions.
RESPONSE: A railing has been added to the wall.

1. The Glen-Gery Steel Grey bnck submitted is appropriate. Eliminate the"or approved grey finish"
language from the brick notation.
RESPONSE: Architect is aware of comment.
2. Revise all ACM panels to a matte finish.
RESPONSE: Architect is aware of comment.
3 Use a consistent ACM color for both buildings.
RESPONSE:Architect is aware of comment.
4. Provide mformation on proposed accessory structures and equipment showing appropriate
treatments for the EC.
RESPONSE: Architect is aware of comment.
5. Provide complete information on proposed exterior lamination of the buildings.
RESPONSE: Architect is aware of comment.
6. Resolve the inconsistency regarding the tree to be demolished as shown on C2 and the tree to be
protected as shown on C4.
RESPONSE: The inconsistency has been resolved in the drawings.Tree protection will protect
the planted area. The addition of a small stretch of sidewalk will require the removal of one tree,
to be replaced after construction.
7. Note that a Site Plan Amendment is required for the proposed revisions,and that an amendment
to the Special Use Permit may be required for the revisions to display parking

8. Note that separate applications are required for wall and freestanding signs.
