The Post Office Trustees have paid to Birckhead as additional consideration for the foregoing described exchange Twelve Thousand and 00/100 Dollars($12,000.00). (3) Birckhead GRANTS and CONVEYS with GENERAL WARRANTY OF TITLE to the Birckhead Trustee all of Birckhead's interest in Lot Y as shown on the Revision Plat 1N TRUST as additional security for and under the Deed of Trust. (4) Bank of America,at the request of Birckhead,as evidenced by its signature hereto and with notice of such action to the Trustee, hereby RELEASES Lot Z as shown on the Revision Plat from the lien of the Deed of Trust.
