Written description of the proposal Westgate/Barclay place I, LLC and Great Eastern Mgt Co. would like to combine the existing Westgate Leasing Office (Bld 2615) and Great Eastern Corporate Offices (Bld 2619 & 2621) into the existing Building 2617. Building 2617 currently has the Westgate Pool and Gym facilities in or adjacent to it. The current buildings used for Leasing and Corporate offices would be converted back into rental units. Building 2617 would also be renovated to provide a Community Club House. This is an amenity not currently available to Westgate residents and is much needed to compete with other Apartment Communities. The renovation and addition will improve the existing plain facade of building 2617. The construction materials will be brick and siding to match the other buildings within the apartment community. The addition will not cause the removal of any trees.
