[ Joel .Denunzio @VDOT.virginia.gov] Sent: Monday, July 28, 2008 10:48 AM To: Max Greene Subject: RE: Albemarle Place Max, We had originally reviewed and approved the erosion and sediment control plan associated with Albemarle Place because they were relocation the VDOT SWM pond along route 29 and replacing it with two ponds. They were also proposing a 72 inch line under route 29. 1 know that the City was also concerned with the new pipe under 29 but I think the flow is actually less with the new design and I provided the data to the City. I think the revision you approved will be fine as long as the changes are not to the proposed ponds or the pipe under Route 29 and that the flow through the pipe is the same. Subject: Albemarle Place Joel, I just approved an amendment to the erosion and sediment control plan for Rough Grading on Albemarle Place. I don't see any VDOT comments in County View for the original site plan . The Rough grading plan does not show any road construction other than the moving of the rear driveway into Sperry and the 2 temporary construction entrances. Do you have any comments to add. I can pull the plans back from the E &SC inspectors if there is a problem that needs to be resolved.
