Max,
We had originally reviewed and approved the erosion and sediment control plan associated with Albemarle Place
because they were relocation the VDOT SWM pond along route 29 and replacing it with two ponds. They were
also proposing a 72 inch line under route 29. 1 know that the City was also concerned with the new pipe under 29
but I think the flow is actually less with the new design and I provided the data to the City. I think the revision you
approved will be fine as long as the changes are not to the proposed ponds or the pipe under Route 29 and that
the flow through the pipe is the same.
Thanks,
Joel

Subject: Albemarle Place
Joel,
I just approved an amendment to the erosion and sediment control plan for Rough Grading on Albemarle Place.
I don't see any VDOT comments in County View for the original site plan . The Rough grading plan does not
show any road construction other than the moving of the rear driveway into Sperry and the 2 temporary
construction entrances. Do you have any comments to add. I can pull the plans back from the E &SC inspectors if
there is a problem that needs to be resolved.
Thanks,
Max
