Subject: SUB2007 -363 Bull, Rosella — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or
recommend approval of the subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments
have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to
the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 14 of Albemarle County Code) unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [Sec. 14- 302(A)10] Please include required language regarding assigned
development rights for each parcel.
2. [Sec. 14 -404] The existing entrance on to Stoney Point Pass [SR 600] must be closed
prior to final approval of submitted plat.
3. [Sec. 14 -435] Please provide a maintenance agreement for relocated 30' ingress -
egress easement for review and approval by the County Attorney's office.
