The E &SC plan for Pollak Vineyard, received on 12 March 2008, has been reviewed. Plan
appears to address all previous review comments and can be approved as submitted. Final
approval will occur after all applicable departments and agencies comments and conditions have
been adequately addressed.
The Water Protection Bond amount is $30,800.00 and will be posted and approved prior to
issuance of the Grading permit. Please contact Pam Shiflett (ext. 3246) for bonding information.
Please contact the E &SC inspections division (Ext. 3380) to arrange a pre - construction meeting
once the bonds are approved.
