(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [ZMA 2006 -015 Plan] The submitted plan will require a variation for the addition of the alley. Submit a variation application for review and approval. 2. [14 -403] Lot Frontage. The residue lot does not appear to have frontage on Pendower Lane.
