Subject: Village Center Blocks 1 &-4 — Final Plat (SUB200700388)
Before Engineering can recommend approval to the final plat, the following comments must be addressed:
1. In order for Lot 2 to have adequate access and frontage, streets providing frontage will need to be
approved and built, or approved and bonded. Adjacent proposed public streets (Reas Creek Drive,
Claremont Lane, Brookley Drive) are associated with Block 4 and have yet to be approved. Road
plans for proposed private streets ( Heathercroft Circle and Heathercroft Lane) have not been
submitted. Either the road plans, erosion control plans, and stormwater management plans for the
public roads providing frontage for Lot 2 will need to be approved and bonded, or road plans for
the private streets providing frontage for Lot 2 will need to be submitted for review, approved, and
bonded prior to final plat approval.
2. No trees can be located within drainage easements.
