[ VESCH] Basin design does not appear to meet the minimum requirements for Sediment basins; 3.14 VESCH 3rd Rev. — Sediment Basin design detail on page 26 of 27 does not appear correct. The dewatering orifice is shown as the top of the dewatering snout. The dewatering orifice is the 675.1 elevation, or the top of the wet storage and the beginning elevation of the perforated pipe /dewatering snout. The SWM basin shows an orifice at elevation 674.6 and could be utilized for the dewatering orifice if a solid pipe is shown installed up to the 675.1 elevation before becoming a perforated snout. The solid pipe will be the same diameter as the dewatering orifice. Top of dam is shown as 10' for the Sediment basin and 8' for the SWM. Top of dam should be 10' wide for access to the riser structure. 53.
