Subject: SUB 2008 -0099: Cutright, Pat (2 lot) Final
The Albemarle County Department of Community Development, Current Development Division has
received the application referenced above. The plat may be approved when the following items have been
addressed. Each comment is followed by a reference to the Albemarle County Subdivision Ordinance.
1. Note that the acreage of the residue is 0.09 less that the minimum stated in the Special Permit
allowing this subdivision. This discrepancy has be allowed by the Zoning Administrator as an
acceptable approximation (Section 14 -303 D).
2. The waiver of Section 14 -404 is under review by Engineering. If the waiver is not granted, show the
dimension for shared driveways (Section 14 -303 E).
3. All the conditions of the SP 2007 - 00010, one thru 4, apply to the final plat. Conditions one, two and
three are addressed in the plat notes. Please add a note regarding condition 4. (Section 14 -303 J).
4. Provide Flood plain and topographic information acceptable to the county engineer. (Section 14 -308).
5. Provide Soil evaluations and obtain Health Department director approval of private wells and or
septic systems. Lots served by individual private wells or septic systems shall meet all requirement
of the health department and be approved by the health director. (Section 14 -309, 14- 310 and 14-
416 ).
6. If waiver of Section 14 -404 is not granted, obtain approval of entrance onto street and provide
maintenance agreement for shared driveway for County Approval. (Section 14 -404 14 -316 and 317).
