(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14- 302(A) 21 Vicinity map. Please provide a map at a scale of one (1) inch equal to two thousand (2,000) feet showing the property and its relationship with adjoining land and streets. 2. [14- 302(B) 5] Zoning classification. Please provide the zoning classification of the property, including all applicable zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances. 3. [14 -303A] Statement of consent to division. Please provide a statement: "The division of the land described herein is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees. Any reference to future potential development is to be deemed as theoretical only. All statements affixed to this plat are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. " I realize this plat is different from typical survey plat. Could you work in the second sentence?
