Subject: SUB - 2008 -109- Bellair #1- Final Plat
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Preliminary Conditions] The conditions for preliminary approval have not been met.
Submit information to Natural Resources Manager for review and approval by the
County and Health Department.
2. [ 14 -303 (A)] Statement of consent to division. Revise statement to read verbatim: "The
division of the land described herein is with the free consent and in accordance with the
desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees. Any reference to future
potential development is to be deemed as theoretical only. All statements affixed to this
plat are true and correct to the best of my knowledge."
3. [14 -303 (D)] Acreage of lots. Provide the acreage for the residue lot.
4. [14 -303 (S)] Control points. Provide at least four (4) control points, evenly distributed
across the property and located at survey property corners, and shown on each sheet
depicting the property. At the option of the subdivider, the control points may be shown
on a copy of the final plat, rather than on the original final plat.
