Road & Drainage Plans (SUB- 2007 - 00145) 1. It appears that all previous Engineering Review comments have been adequately addressed. 2. It appears that VDOT has approved the Road Plans per email from Joel Denunzio dated February 25th 3. The roads must be built or bonded prior to Final Plat approval. If you will need the Final Plat approved prior to building the road please follow steps 4 & 5. 4. The applicant needs to submit a Subdivision Road Bond Estimate Request. 5. The applicant needs to submit a Schedule of Completion for Bonded Improvements. The road bond amount will be computed after items #5 -6 are addressed. B. Stormwater Management Plan (WPO- 2007 - 00070) 1. It appears that all previous Engineering Review comments have been adequately addressed. Engineering recommends approval of this plan. 2. The SWM portion of the WPO bond estimate is $22,000. Please contact Pam Shifflett at 434 -296- 5832 ext 3246 for more information concerning the posting of this bond. 3. The pro rata share for water quality for Lickinghole Basin is $13,576.36. 4. Please submit a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement and $17 fee. C. Erosion Control Plan (WPO- 2007 - 00026) 1. It appears that all previous Engineering Review comments have been adequately addressed. Engineering recommends approval of this plan. 2. The Erosion and Sediment Control Bond amount is $63,000.
