(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. Provide a private street maintenance agreement for the access to lots 6 and 7. 2. [14 -309; 14 -310; 14 -416] Soil evaluations. Health director approval of individual private wells and/or septic systems. Individual private wells and septic systems. Provide the results of percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for septic systems with conventional drain fields, so that the agent can then forward them onto the health department for review and approval. The health department is now requiring this information be provided for all lots, not just those over five (5) acres. Please provide the soils reports for all lots. 3. [14 -212 (B) and 14 -316] Approval of entrance on public streets. All entrances onto a public street shall comply with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) standards and be approved by VDOT. Please provide a letter stating such compliance and approval. 4. [Condition of Approval from Planning Commission] Provide the information as outlined in attached preservation form. When complete, the County Attorney will prepare the deed of easement using the provided information.
